Shipping Information

We ship all orders with DHL.

Within 2 to 4 days after your order was placed, we deliver your order to our dispatch partner DHL International.
After the dispatch of your order you receive the shipment tracking code via email.

Please, notice the displayed delivery times at the products are valid for Germany.
By clicking on the shipping times of the products, you can see the delivery times to all other countries, which are added to the specified delivery times.
In the months November and December the shipping time can be higher.

Forwarding expenses

National shipment (in Germany):

Up to an order value of 90,00 EUR the shipping costs are 4,90 EUR.
Over a order value of 90,00 EUR free shipping in Germany.

International shipment:

The shipping costs for International shipments are calculated according to weight and shipping area.
In the cart, you can select the desired country. The appropriate shipping charges are subsequently calculated and displayed.

International shipments with a value over 700 EUR are free shipping.
